I'd wager the majority of "privileged" children don't have millionaire parents. The majority of children that attend private schools don't have millionaire parents. I don't know grandfather Romney's net worth but I'm sure it was at or above a hundred thousand. He was indeed upper class to rich. Obama's grandparents weren't as well off but Obama was at least upper middle class on a relative scale, based on the fact he went to the best and probably among the most expensive private schools in Hawaii.
