They aren't going to end a series that's so highly profitable... Some people may not want new films but they are in the minority.


Can anyone tell me from a business standpoint why it should end? They are gonna do it for the $$$

The ONLY reason they're still going on is profit. Obviously that's all that matters, but the series has been declining in quality since Walker passed.

True. Part 7 to me was the last great movie. Maybe they finish on a high note.

The cost of making these movies is only going to increase and the revenue will surely go down as fans are already getting tired. Best to end it on a high and eat off the spin off cartoons, toys and other merch for a few years.

F9 made just as much as the Dwayne spinoff during the pandemic.

im not the one begging dwayne to come back to the series on multiple occasions including bringing up children and dead people to try and pressure him to return via the media

im just presenting facts

he knows the series has been mindless machine churn out product for about 5 movies now so he needs dwayne to optimize his profits

dwayne however doesnt need him
