Maybe they started to receive Stanning Royalty Checks

I guess so. I'm going to start requiring these cats to show me a pay stub. I sure don't see then talking about how good his last 5 performances in the ring were. :laff:

I mean this literally has zero wrestling value. Especially since it took Dwayne years to even acknowledge wrestling existed again. Too bad his stans forgot that little tidbit. :lupe:

Thats great for him but are we going to pretend that F&F and GI Joe wouldn't have done numbers without him?

 Too laughed at franchises before Rock was attached? Fast Five was big because of the hyped up Rock/Vin Diesel fight..that shyt was dead after Toyko Drift...before that. GI JOE? Everyone was hating on #1 with the QUICKNESS..Rock gets attached and it does legit numbers and now he's not credited it for it? Always some soft cat whining about someone who makes this shyt spin around here.

Fast & Furious did $360 million at the box office and was the most successful film of the entire franchise before the last two dropped. Those are pretty "legit" numbers. Without that being a blockbuster hit, there would be no Fast Five and Luke Hobbs.

Bu Bu Bu B....b....b. But The entire franchise clearly didn't matter until Dwayne got there. It was just a lingering franchise waiting for the Rock. :troll:

Five & Six did a bigger Box Office than four tho

That's true however I'm talking about the pre-Rock movies.

Despite the critical reviews, the franchise was highly successful before The Rock joined for Fast Five. The four movies combined to make nearly $1 billion at the box office (with the 4th one accounting for over a third of that) vs. the $284 million it cost to make those four movies. To say a franchise is struggling when a) every movie's box office gross greatly exceeds the cost to make it and b) averages nearly $250 mil per movie, is way off base.

Although he really silent get much credit for fast six, that movie was gonna make money with or without him.

Exactly. The franchise had a built in fan base before The Rock.
