The Rock has definitely criticized Cripple H before..on a old ESPN show in 2002 Unscripted, he basically brought him and said how he was jealous of him. Lol. He's worth hundreds of millions now and does appreciate what his rivalry Cripple H meant for like 2000 but he holds the Austin feud as one of a kind above anything.

Apart from the build to Wrestlemania 21, what "feud" did they had? Lol

Wrestlemania 15 match had no build and the third Mania match build was meh.

I still think yall overrate it being HHH. Maybe Michaels with HHH having some small part due to the Kilq and all but if HHH was trying to hold Rock back like that Rock wouldn't be so complimentary to HHH as he is now and then turn around and allude to him as an "a$$hole".

I don't think Rock views HHH as spiteful or as angrily about his pre-push as yall think.

He’s complimentary because he won, and he’s a humble guy.

I need receipts
Need receipts? The two stay big-upping each other these days and Rock has entertained working with him at a WM. I'm not going to pull up old interviews but Rock stays complimenting HHH.

Now I doubt Rock holds him in the same regard he does Stone Cold or Vince, but he shows HHH love. Which would make no sense if we're to believe the Rock has spite or any type of emotion about HHH trying to de-push him back in the 90s. I think if Rock did, he would still be professional with HHH but wouldn't be going out his way to work with him or show him love.

Rock isn't going out his way to do stuff like this if he harbors ANY resentment to HHH

This isn't something, idc how humble or professional or how much you've won, you do for someone you feel tried to hold you down.

I'm lost. Where did she seem that superficial?

Was she suppose to cry or grab her heart?

I'm sure she didn't care 100% or wasn't fully THAT into the story but to say it was superficial or she gave 0 fukks is wrong to me. She looked like she was listening to her friend recollect a story and though she has no history or passion about wrestling, at least listened and engaged. She wasn't suppose to then ask him to give her a lifetime historical account of Bret Hart or anything.

I guess this is just from my experience. When someone talks about their mentors or important people in their lives, I always like to stop, listen, and ask questions. I never try to rush them, and tell them to hurry up by vocal cues.

Again this is just me.

Bro, why the fukk would he harbor any resentment? He’s the biggest act in Hollywood, bigger than the company that created him. Triple H tried to bury him and he was successful anyways. Why would he have any thing to be upset about it?

and its perfect that you showed that clip, because Triple H looks like the one harboring some resentment. Dude looks like his more successful little brother came back from Thanksgiving to make him feel like shyt.

The Rock has the career Triple H always wanted. And you know how you make a bully feel like shyt? Success, and you kill em with kindness.

No, i completely agree with that. My point is, what would he have ill-will about in the first place? Triple H didn’t hold him down.

Yeah because Triple H isnt going to run WWE in the future. Oh wait..

Usually I ignore these posts but I doubt Triple H runs WWE in the future. He might be the head creative guy or booker at best. The fact that Nick Khan is basically running the company should tell you that WWE will run by a corporate entity or big time CEO type not Triple H or Stephanie
