Overall, I do agree with the premise but I'm still thinking that launch windows are for the enthusiasts who will drop the cash. However, I don't think we will hear about price today but we will probably be able to speculate based on the specs. I'm still thinking until I see it, is that it will be $399 because I think that Sony might have PTSD going above that price point for a console from the PS3. I've paid 599.99 for that console at launch and never regretted it.

I wonder what they are going to do with Last of Us 2??? Will they offer the same feature as Xbox where as you will have it on next gen as well... or will they inflate their sale numbers like this past gen.

Don’t forget, it’s all still rumours and nothing is confirmed yet. One thing I know about Sony consoles is that they always put out great high quality stuff and have the studios to deceiver the games to match it. As long as it’s closer to 12TF I’ll be very happy.
