I think he was drawn to Rey because he wanted to be a Jedi. But he wasn’t and was never going to be one. I see why Boyega was pissed about his role tho.


And I get where they was going with the overall arc of the trilogy but it was poorly executed. Bad writing, shytty pacing, wasted characters and just a bad trilogy.
