Tamra threw Marty an open invitation to her "jacuzzi" and he didn't go for a dip.

Nia... :noah:

and i think the implication is Tamara has feelings for Marty on some "the one who got away" type shyt (with all the teasing of how Marty used to simp her) but Marty aint tryna get hurt again (perhaps she ditched him for hubby?) so he'd rather have meaningless fukking where 3 is company would apply/mask it, as opposed to gettin between them thighs dolo and risk catchin feelings for her again on some intimacy shyt

I would not have the strength to to resist, if she offered me a dip in the hot tub, it's a wrap. How Nia Long get's better looking with each year is just :noah:

These writers are legit. Season is really starting to pick up.

Agreed overall this season has been stronger, no surprise this was one of the best episodes and Roscoe didn't appear. I do hope Kahn and Associates is able to take off and they can battle Gallwather (no idea how to spell).

Hrmm. I actually like the direction being taken with Roscoe this season. The writers have given the character more depth than the bisexual, cross-dressing, black kid he was in season 1. I mean, he still that, but they seem to play a lot of his actions against those of Marty (the way he treats Jennie, his performance at the talent show).

Let's see where this race and identity angle goes. They must have black writers because they hit that "existing in two-worlds and losing your mind" joint on the head last night. And they avoid c00nery, that's some DuBois shyt right there.

Compare this with a show like "Boss," where the black characters serve merely as simple-minded linchpins or stoolies without a hint of cognitive dissonance.

Yea, Goth Jennie and regular Jennie :whoo:
