Yep 20-30 years later when this disgusting period is written about in the history books they’re gonna act like they had nothing to do with Trump. They’re going to talk about how horrible it was like they weren’t doing everything in their power to keep him in office and turning a blind eye everytime he did something corrupt.

It didn't even take 20 years for them to do that with Bush :heh:

Everyone over 65 holding office needs to retired by age or term limits

I'll argue term limits will make things worse since there will be less incentive to actually legislate and the only constant will be k street types and think tanks who will do all the policy shyt, then you'll only get people who are trying to catch some quick spotlight for 2 to 4 years and run for president.

Uncertain grounds
Democrat one is coming by 2024. Wouldn't shock me if by the end of this decade, there are 4 major parties (Trumpanzee Republicans, Classic Republicans, Moderate Dems, AOC/Bernie Bro Party) and it goes to a popular vote instead of Electoral College
This would be great

I doubt it. The 2 party system always finds a way to prevent that.

'trumpservatives' aren't going anywhere.

They been a solid component of the GOP since the 09 tea party days.

Really since the 80's during the regan era....

And It's probably going to get even more extreme as time goes by.

I do predict that there will be some internal strife between the corporate wing and the Laymen /populist wing in the conservative party Like what was brewing in the years prior to Trump.......

but from My observations it seems like you avg conservative, whether they are a poor yokel up in the mountains , a religious fundamentalist, a white supremacist or a suburban professional, has no problem being the foot soldiers for the Corporate GOP. As long as they talk that shyt that they like to hear. (sounds familiar?)

Yeah they know how to code up real quick.

But with all the shyt going on right now, we will see......

Basically like starving a fire. This 52- 48 flip flop stalemate has got to stop. If the Dems can start holding a super majority like they did during those good ole’ days Conservatives like to reimagine then the GOP will change.

Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona to become Dem strongholds to keep them out of power.

There will be a split. The GOP professional class wants a new base, and the current base is tired of being a punching bag.

:ehh: I expect a big fight in both parties.

Cernovich is painting the GOP into a binary of globalist Bush types and far right populists, but I think it's more complicated than that.

He wants the GOP to turn into the latter (very nationalistic and socially conservative but economically very left wing) which is why he pushes these ideas so much.

Looks like GOP civil war is starting:
