Libertarianism is awesome if your goal is to ensure education and health care will get even worse, supercharge economic inequality with no safety net and accelerate environmental degredation.
Most serious shortcomings in America (education, health care, wealth inequality, runaway corporate mafeance) are directly tied to it being more libertarian than other major countries. There's a reason why literally no country goes for real libertarianism.

And then we were still "very libertarian" until 1930, when the three most libertarian presidents of the 20th century (Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover) ushered in the Great Depression (not to mention that was the midst of rampant segregation, rampant child labor, horrific factory conditions, zero safety standards for work or for our food, no social safety net, horrible prison and mental hospital conditions, old people dying destitute).
Is it just a coincidence that our most libertarian presidents are also widely known as three of the worst presidents in history?

Yup. Instead they have to rely on a high sales tax that fukks over the poor and working class. And cities/counties have to jack up local taxes and fees to make up for what the state is failing to provide. As a result, taxes in Nevada are wildly regressive and complete screw the poor.

Of couse, you generally lack compassion, you love your white privilege and don't mind fukking over black and poor people for money in your pocket. I already know how you feel, I'm just making sure you don't give any false impressions of what Nevada is.
Nevada isn't "productive", they have a services-based economy with below-average income and their biggest exports are raw materials which provide little employment. So high sales tax hits people worse than it would in a well-paying state.
Not to mention that Nevada has literally the highest unemployment rate in the country, which hits especially hard when your services and social safety net suck because there's no income tax, but even when you're unemployed and even if don't have anywhere to live, you still paying that sales tax right?
why don't you stop crying, and just post the states that are supposedly 'better', so i can laugh at your answer

From what I see in my field, those positions will be filled with foreign professionals.
Im seeing so many Indian (from India) healthcare professionals live in the most shythole states and cities and open successful practices because
1) Im assuming since they're foreign born they don't have a regional/lifestyle preferences outside of making as much money as possible (and they travel wherever/whenever they want domestically and internationally)
And
2) In those same areas there is so little competition among specialists, they can rake in all that sweet sweet government subsidized medicaid money from them hillbillies all for themselves.
But I do feel there will be a breaking point if those benefits are continually attacked
