Why? Is there a benefit?
Depends on what you believe.... old folks said it made your feet stronger walking and running barefoot back in the day...... now they call walking barefoot grounding or earthing or some shyt like that... old folks just used to say that you need to be in direct contact with one of the main things that sustains and produces life as we know it....... which is the earth(grass/soil/etc)
