Yall really thought The Firm album was that bad? It was disappointing to me but I thought real problem wit it was that it had to many skits

The problem was it wasn't close to what it was billed as. Tell me why Foxy's brother was on two songs?

throw ya guns is good I liked Nore on it but it's only him and nat, so it's not really a Firm joint at least in my eyes, I tried to put songs where they was three members at least (with the exception of Hardcore)

5 minutes to flush the beat is corny to me

I like Nature but to me Cormega was the the Firm essence even tho Nature was a better rapper. That's why I put the version of family with Mega instead of Nat

I'm not a fan of the beat but Nate killed it, so it makes the beat tolerable. It didn't overpower the track. It grew on me.

They say they just wanna question me the interruption
4 in the morning they knocked and caught me fukkin'
Throw on something mad provocative play with the top lock
Buy me some time so I can hide the sh!t kinda quick
Move the guns clip the herb
They got me shook up plus my nut was disturbed
Hide the chocolate pickin' up shells form off the carpet
Baracaiding the door for war like a hostage
It's my crib, got my name on the lease
Can't explain n!ggas just get arraigned and released
But who snitched set me up, I think it's you b!tch
Sacrificing my life for you two kids?
Truth is, I got a business to lose eyewitness
newspaper tellin' b!tches to move,
police turned this into a zoo, mad reporters,
I laugh as I'm sippin' my brew, they think they caught us

As for Nature vs Mega, I'm a huge fan of both. La Familia with Mega > Nature, but Nature and Nas have A1 chemistry. Everyday Thing was OK, but I like Firm Family better.

The Firm wasn't a bad album. The real problem was too short and all of those damn skits. It had two really wack tracks in F' Somebody Else and Firm All-Stars and I have NO clue why Wiz was on it. Everything else was good

Never heard his verse before....... :pacspit: at life is good while listening to this "new" Nas verse.

They chopped and cut it up so much, it's hard to pinpoint the OG. I believe "Part II" is the original, because the first time I heard it was Nas & Foxy. Then there was a version with Canibus, then it was Canibus, Nature & AZ (album version), then after the album Clue released this one and dubbed it Desperados Part II.

Only facts are that Nas & Foxy are obviously supposed to be on the song as they are still on the hook and Canibus say "Nature will explain it further.." and then AZ spits lol

Eff that, this was Nature's coming out party.

My Pops Forever RIP
This Nas/AZ/Premo album dream will never die for some of you huh?

Face it. The Nas/AZ/Premo project is nothing more than a really good way to tease fans into a Nas album that will have Salaam Remi's fingerprints all over.
