Facts breh, I loved seeing Hailey Van Lith and ole girl from Texas talking shyt in the handshake line. I love seeing women in sports talk trash and have that dawg in them. As long as you ain’t physically doing too much, all is fair.
Ever thought of the fact that they might be cool with some of the girls from the other schools in their conference? Also, I’m sure LSU was getting sick of hearing about Caitlin all the time when LSU only lost two games all season. Caitlin was shooting from deep and was second in scoring averaging over 27ppg along with almost 9 assists, but Angel Reese averaged like 23ppg and 15 rebounds and has the record for most double-doubles in a season, all while being criticized for her “attitude” and appearance.
Then just come out and say that.

Would be weird, but slightly more understandable. And if you're gonna be a self proclaimed brash talker, go the whole way. Leave no doubt as to why you're yappin.
In one of the post game interviews, someone said that they disrespected Alexis and that they also had to take up for SC because they are in the same conference. I never heard about what Iowa said to the LSU players. If they said something foul, the taunting may be justified.
I have always seen teams handle that disrespect during the flow of the game with a hard foul or something. The women's game may be different. If anything, the coaches involved need to take some heat for this. It makes no sense that things have gotten to this level regarding some college kids.
Of course they weren't exactly the same and if cats deny it, they full of shyt. Knowing good and damn well if someone walked up on you with that mess they wouldn't tolerate it. Word to Lagarette Blount.
What needs to be acknowledged though is that Caitlyn was showing her ass the whole tourney so cacs can't be mad when someone returns the disrespect even if it ain't the same. You open the door, this is what happens.

Angel's motivation all season has been how she is ostracized by the media for her passion but other players (Clark) are lauded for doing the same things
Media has complained about/criticized black players and teams, and put players like Clark & teams like Iowa on a pedestal
Immediately after the Final 4, LSU (not just Reese) said they all felt disrespected by the way Iowa treated SC during the game
It was all fun & games for Iowa until they played a team that had a chip on their shoulder
We gotta stop acting like athletes gotta always get along...Reese & LSU couldn't stand Iowa and they wore it on their sleeve
Yeah only thing i saw was the wave Caitlin gave to the SC player beyond the arc. That's not insane disrespect... Simply answered by making the 3.
If Iowa was talking foul then fair play but did any reports come out?
