no one said you can't take time between albums, but that's not the way shyt works today for most artists. why you playing dense about this? this isn't the 80's/90's when an album cycle could last two years and it was common for big artists to lay off for 3-4. very few artists in this climate get that privilege. add to the fact last year clearly showed a shift in momentum for her - people actively rooting for her to lose. you'd be naive to think that where she was in 2015, which was already a decline from 11/12, is where she is today.
