This actually isn't as paradoxical as it sounds... She's a pornstar. Do you think pornstars want to fukk every guy they meet on set necessarily? No. If you watch behind the scenes footage of a bunch of porn shoots, many of the female performers are disgusted by the guys they have to sleep with... some of them will even say as much. But do they still do it for the money? Yes.
Is it "consensual" in that sense? Yes.
