Like they weren't known for being one of the cheapest teams in the league that nobody wanted to play for and a Barkley punchline for old stale nachos. Like Carolina & Tepper, Ishiba's the best thing for them if he can get competent people in and keep his hands off. Who wouldn't have traded for KD after that Bucks series, it just didn't work out

This is the question breh. I watched Dolan make the same mistakes for 20 years and my knicks languish until he finally smartened the fukk up. This is the fork in the road on whether he'll change or keep at for the foreseeable future. Having an owner that will spend isn't always what it's cracked up to be.

Yeah, it's really hard to undersell just how badly people wanted Sarver to sell. But at the same time, it's crazy that this turned out to be a textbook case of needing to be careful what you wish for, though. For all the little shyt Ishbia has done like getting the deal done for games to air on local broadcast TV and getting more affordable concessions for families, creh needs to be better about getting the front office in order and just letting them rebuild the team wisely.

In hindsight the Beal trade was a mistake but it was in the spirit of trying to win. It didn’t work out like anticipated.
