Darden should've been taking off the case imo. He is way to self-conscious and it's allowing himself to fall for some obvious bait. His job is not to get his self-esteem fed by being viewed positively by black people, his job is to win the case.

That's how it works though. They bait that young professional with a promotion or a raise to be their fall guy. Every time some company gets busted in a racial scandal, they always wheel out that "seems too young for the job title" brother or sister to tell you why their company CAN'T be racist.

Ryan Murphy is the only thing keeping this from being better than Fargo. There was waaaaaayyy too much fukkery those first couple of episodes.

Someone posted this video and I wanted to point out another interesting fact about Furhman:



At 2:40:30, they make the observation that Fuhrman was on the property ILLEGALLY for 15 minutes and found the glove. One glove magically found at OJs house and at the crime scene if you believe that noise.

Now, the cops used the excuse that they had to get on the property using the emergency exception, yet when Fuhrman finds the glove he doesn't bother rushing it to superiors or even searching the property thoroughly for victims or killers. Hmmm? Why not? Because he got what he came for.

Not only that but the justification they used for trespassing was that they saw three small droplets of blood on the door of the car. Not a trail or a puddle but three tiny droplets and used that as reason to jump the fence.

I think your prob is you're not willing to TRULY look at the other side, or plays devils advocate. I thought OJ was 100% guilty for 20 years. Now, I'm not saying he's not, but there's just other evidence to consider so it's not plain and simple.

And again, you can't explain why the socks and Bronco blood was obviously placed from a test tube b/c of the chemical in it.

I think a lot of people are starting to accept a lot of these other facts now taht we're so far away from the polarized post trial era. I forgot abotu the socks where the blood magically appeared later.
