I feel like after the next movie, Batman may have to be more heavily involved in any story and not sure how they can pull that off without Pattinson.

From my understanding, all this happened within weeks after the first movie. So Batman was kinda busy or maybe even out of commission for a bit after everything Rddler did and trying to rebuild the city…

Then blocks blow up underground that levels a part of the city like it’s Gaza, they find out it was the cities largest druglab that exploded and the Falcones were involved… shyt is all over the news and the Bat Signal appears meaning some big shyt is probably happening next. Maybe another villain was making a bigger play that we knew nothing about

Well another villain story doesn't have to start where Penguin left off. Go back in time again. How did the Ventriloquist/Scarface get like that? What happened in his life that he turned into a multiple personality maniacal gangster? It could be a story tha'ts developing now, or 20 years ago. It doesn't have to involve Batman until Ventriloquist/Scarface actually starts doing major sh!t. As this stuff is happening now with Penguin, he could be in Arkham, making his first puppet.

I was deadass internally pleading that Sophia didn't get killed. If OZ shot her, it would've been a real gut-wrencher because she had almost everything in her life go wrong up to that point post-release.

The Gotham crime bosses really made the wrong choice by going with Penguin. Sophia is almost too trustworthy and kind-hearted to be a boss.

Sending HangBae back to Arkham was 1000000X worse than Death and Oz knew it.

This should be the formula going forward. Use tv shows to develop the individual characters, THEN put them in a movie. Isn't this what Scorcese and Tarrantino were complaining about? There is just not enough time to properly develop multiple characters in a 2 hour movie. This way you can go deep into each character before you put them on the big screen.

Yeah, I think they have learned from this with 'Star Wars' maybe... hopefully... too. They have 'The Mandalorian' movie coming out now after the success of the show.

I don’t think they need to beat the Penguin horse in the next movie. Have him make some cameos that steal the scenes and keep going in another direction.

But then bring him back down the line as a part of a larger story
