i dont want nothing highend, something that is good for power to price, $150-$250 max..
You plan on playing in 1080p? I like the R9 280X. There are often deals to get one at $250 (or less), and it currently comes with a voucher for 3 free games which you can sell on ebay for $20-$30.

The R7 265 is a nice card. I used essentially the same card (an HD 7850) in my brother's build and he really enjoys it. It's a better card than the one the XBox One uses and a notch below the PS4. A good deal for one would be $130 or less (I bought the 7850 for $110 back in October), and it also usually comes with a voucher for 2 free games.

I personally would go up to the R9 270 or 270X, which are on par with the PS4's GPU. Here's a solid deal for the 270 at $140:
XFX Radeon R9 270 Double Dissipation Video Card 2GB GB DDR5, PCI-Express 3.0 (x16), AMD CrossFire - (2 FREE Games up to $65 value after purchase, limited offer) - $139.99 AR - Slickdeals.net
