I've finally converted my little brother over to the winning team from consoles. We would like to go through the process of building a very good gaming laptop (he doesn't have the room for a desktop really), money isn't too much of an issue. We want power, we're not too fond of the whole upgrading process so we like to get the best we can especially since it's early in the next gen gaming wave. I bought my current desktop from CyberpowerPC but I'm curious if anyone else has any different sites that they build their computers on?
first of all, you can't compare PC gaming to any gen of console systems.
at any point in time you can upgrade your PC.
you have to wait years for a console to upgrade.
why would you want to game on Laptop?
aggghhhh!!!!!
Does he live in a closet? That's a bad argument breh
Are we not in the next gen wave of games?
I know that, but I hate upgrading. It's why I buy big in the first place to try to prolong it as long as I can.
Because he dosen't have the space for a desktop. So he wants a laptop to save space.

Even building a mini-itx case is a better long term investment than a gaming laptop
I still recommend a mini-itx and then go ahead to connect it to the HDTV.Because his room is small? It's not like he's completely giving up his consoles just to play PC. Maybe I worded my original post wrong, I finally got him into it but he still plays console.
Tell your bro if possible cop this model it features the new 800 series gpu and has a i7 cpu he will be eating well for awhile.Because his room is small? BUT if you do want a gaming laptop, I know you said budget doesn't matter...but it does. What is the MAX you will spend...you can grab a tricked out Alienware/Sager but you might be looking at 5K if you want the best of the absolute best.
