See...posts like these bother me. Gtx 670 seemed like a card that would beast for awhile and you got a i5 too? Maybe I'm mistaken

What resolution? I can't imagine the i5 being the problem, it might be the 670 if you are running it at 1080P+ cranked up to the max
You have to stop looking at PC gaming as a race to have the best of the best at all times. It's all about leaving your upgrade paths open and upgrading pieces from time to time. The 670 is a last gen card for nVidia right now...with the 800 series about to drop soon, making it 2 gens back.
If you are going Intel - Make sure you grab an Intel Socket 1150 with the Z87 chipset. If you are going AMD, I would probably bet on FM2+ Bolton D4.
AMD is about to replace the old AM3+ after MANY years being out there.
It is a beast. It might be a setting or something on his end that's causing the slowdown but then again we don't know the specifics of what he's talking about.
I think it's a bug for some users playing in fullscreen. The game defaults to 24hz or something.

Microcenter is killing me with the prices on the i5 and i7 processors...is there ANY online store that has prices like that? Newegg has them marked up anywhere from $40-$60+ on each chip

Do you got a Frys near you? Frys is 90% of the time even $10-20+ cheaper than microcenter let alone newegg. At the very least theyll price match microcenter
Frys is the GOAT of the past 2 years in the bay it aint even close really. Not too sure bout round where u live tho

670gtx is a beast card. I got it and a i7-3770k and i can play BF4 on ultra never dip below 60fps ever
But also people like me to just have great computers at all times so ill be gettin a 870gtx

I got it running at 1920x1080. I'm gonna mess around with a few settings that daze suggested earlier and see how it runs. Every other game I play has been flawless.
