Lucked up and found the 9070 XT at Microcenter after today being the 30th day for me to return that weak 4060.Snatched it up and copped the 2 year warranty with it. About to install drivers now and test some games![]()

That issue has been severely overblown. Like most things are in the PC space online. Most people online don’t seem to be willing to acknowledge that 8 pin PCIE connectors can burn as well. You buying it even with the burnt connector issue ?

nah u good. Definitely a huge upgrade over the 3060tiWent to Microcenter because they showed they had some 9070s (non XT) in stock for $660. Got to the store and they only had one left but it was on hold by another customer for the day. They had a 5070 for $549 so I went ahead and got it. I know they've been getting trashed but I figure anything is better than this 3060ti. Hope I didn't mess up.
Oh well I have 30 days to return if so![]()
Cryptocurrency and AI.This 5090 problem, is a problem. I might just open up my unopened 4090 and deal with that. This GPU shyt is crazy. How can you buy one? Disappointing. I'll just deal with a 4090 until the 6090. It's not that much of a bump anyway. This GPU shyt is terrible; I hate this shyt. It shouldn't be this hard to buy a $2500 gpu, that keeps going up with no new stock. This shyt is terrible. What's wrong with the PC shyt? How can it be this hard to get a 5090?
$9K for a gaming PC? Hell that's almost what I put down on my car.I think I'm going to buy an OriginPC prebuild with a water cooled cpu and water cooled 5090. What I want costs $9k, but I can sell a lot of my shyt for the pc I never built to lower the cost. shyt, with 5090s costing damn near $4k on ebay, $9k isn't even that bad for everything else included. When I build pcs myself they normally cost me like $8k total. For an extra $1k, they build it for me and give me a warranty. I think I'm gonna do it. I'll think it over for a week, but it seems to be a smart decision.
$9k is pretty standard for a top of the line fully custom water cooled build.$9K for a gaming PC? Hell that's almost what I put down on my car.
