That’s a difficult question. Depends on what you want to do. You want to just game or are you looking for something capable of more intensive tasks as well? You trying to jump into DDR5 or are you looking to stick with DDR4?

What board do you have?

I am still using I7 4790k so whatever cpu I am getting will be a new motherboard as well. I want it for gaming

ROG just did a livestream for their new 4090 Matrix GPU. No pricing or anything. Basically just looks like a liquid cooled card with a metal frame and they used liquid metal on the core. They’re claiming they used the highest quality binned chips and this is the fastest 4090 you can buy. I don’t see how that’s possible though when Galax released the 4090 HOF earlier this year and that is capable of pulling 1200 watts.
