The 3080ti hasn't been released yet, you can only buy a 3090 scalped what are you taking about, the 3090 has the same performance as the 3080, it only has more VRAM, and the 3080ti is basically a 3090 with 16b instead of 25, the price is 1000 msrp

the 3090 is never gonna under 1500 even after the shortage is over

Umm the rtx 3080 founders edition can be bought for $700. I was able to last november from best buy - hell i even have proof in this thread. Even a few other users here were lucky as well.

i dont buy cards upon release because they are over priced and will be eclipse in a year with new cards. Just like my 2080 FTW that i bought over a year later cost $250 less due to the 3xxx series coming out. Its not a reach to say the 3090 WOULD of been 1200 after 2 years of being released and newer cards coming out. BUT, since we are in this shortage bubble, i wont find it near that price any time soon

I clearly said in my first reply that i was pissed this stupid high deman short supply bubble is taking place because if it never did, im sure i could of gotten a deal on the 3090 some time next year..Im sure it would of dropped a couple hundreds down next year as new cards come out..Like i dunno how much clearer i can be.....
