It was still in the 1800 range when I looked last on Amazon at the 55. I planned on holding out for a deal on the 48 because I really wasn't trying to pay 1500. Decided to pull the trigger now, though, since the 55 is cheap enough. I had some rewards points saved up so that handled tax and a little more . I've been handing Amazon a grip of money the past 2 months.I brought mines from best buy and it was the same price as the 55 inch, I brought the 48 inch because I'm using it as a PC gaming monitor not a TV

LG CX OLED Review (OLED48CXPUB, OLED55CXPUA, OLED65CXPUA, OLED77CXPUA)
Update 09/21/2020: According to other owners, the LG CX can't display 4:4:4 properly when sent a 4k @ 120Hz signal from an RTX 3080 over HDMI 2.1. We can't test this at the moment, but once we get a new graphics card with HDMI 2.1 we'll test this and update the review.
Props.. I hope it works for me since I’m in Canada... i found a seller in Canada that has stock so I’m returning the monitor I bought and copping this next week
4k 120hz oled gaming finally
Breh that is great if you got it for that, because that's basically retail MSRP after taxes since most are 1049-1149 CAD pre HST. Which card?Toronto
1300 but most people are selling the same card for $1800+ So I’m happy
