PC parts seem to be high right now...don't know what for.

at staples for bout 55 after taxes
It's $80 now. Can't find it for less than $60...good deal.

I'm getting a 1 TB SSD.

Just noticed I got this warning under my system builder notes. Will this cause any issues:

Compatibility Notes

  • Note:The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.

No

The 8 pin CPU connector will be sufficient.

The extra 4 pin connector is if you're doing extreme overclocking and need more power.

Because people are at home because of COVID

The Rona is fukkin up everything

Good thing I'm buying the parts in December
Smh...I put things off to build in the summer...right around now. I already bought some parts (Processor, Motherboard, Video card, memory) but put a hold on it when the stock market dipped. Still need the case, power supply, drives, and monitor.

Hope prices go down again.

Yeah, figured I'd start with the GPU and then work from that. I know my CPU will be AMD Ryzen, between 2200 - 3000. Don't know if I want to overclock tho. Just building it to play AAA games like Cyberpunk

I'm not upgrading my GPU this year, I will get one next year. Gonna wait it out. 3000 series.(Nvidia)
Depending on how Cyberpunk is supposed to perform I may wait...I'm not gonna lie, between a new console & a new GPU, I'm looking at $1500 alone, minimum. One may have to wait :skip:
