I just got out of a meeting and immediately preordered 2 2080ti founders editions. Got an October 8th ship date

$2595 with tax

Now all I gotta do is see if sli performance is good or not. If not, I’ll sell my second 2080ti to miners with a nice profit margin

No memes, just facts. Last I checked the 10 series is still available and runs 4K just fine. No one is obligated to spend $1200 on a 2080Ti.

Well, it’s the only one for sale right now.

Also, if you go sli, it’s always best to get the reference version (which is what the founder’s edition is). The third party vendors put crazy fans on them that go directly in the case, and right onto the bottom card. Reference shyts blow out the back ()

Why is the date so long

I'm only buying asus one card, if we see proof SLI can hit 4K 120-144hz in ultra settings. I'll jump the gun for a second one. But rn this looks like a gimmick before volta cards

Nvidia realized 98% of gamers are buying 1060/1070, so they are pushing their higher end cards higher in prices.
