It's a Windows 10 machine and the only time I can get into the boot screen is after I have a power shortage and it restarts there. But I never can figure out how to manually boot into there

I can't see one of my drives on my PC, if I can't see it on the My PC viewer or the Disk Management screen... or even on the command prompt, will a specific data recovery software allow me to see the files on the drive and recovery them?
Or do I have to take this in to have someone physically repair or look at?
when you boot it up it should tell you what to press to get into the bios. on mine (MSI mobo) it's 'delete'I don't know how to boot into BIOS to check

sometimes that first splash screen is quick though
You have to hit it like a thousand times in a row on some setups. Just start up your pc and immediately hit del (or F2, F12) over and over again really quickly. It's surprisingly hard to get into your bios at times. If repeatedly hitting the key doesn't work, try pressing and holding it in.Mine says press DEL, but the shyt doesn't work... ever
I always space out for that split second, and miss itYou have to hit it like a thousand times in a row on some setups. Did that a few times with no luck, I'm looking into data recovery services now and I removed the drive from my system. After researching, I don't think I can recover what's on the drive with software anyway. Some components need to be swapped outYou have to hit it like a thousand times in a row on some setups. It's like a $40 difference. If you set on a 1060 for your budget, try to find an extra $40 and get the extra 3gb. It's beyond worth it$$$ basically...
