Unless mine was a dud, it's just not for me. I can understand why some people like it. But I need some type of "click" when I'm typing, for the lack of a better word. After reading more reviews, it seems like other people can't really deal with them neither.
I get a click. Not a loud one though. But I can definitely tell I'm typing. I was messing around with it in cue earlier today fooling with some of these effects

shyt, brehs convince me that I only need 1 gpu. Please :sadcam:

I keep thinking I want to have at least an option to go sli. And the cheapest chip to get is the 10-core i9 7900x. If I go with just one gpu, I’d save a shyt ton in cpu and 2nd gpu costs. Then I can buy other tech :blessed:

get blues then

the reds only make a sound when they bottom out, and the 'silent' joints are supposed to eliminate that

I have browns now. they're like a slightly crunchy red

Its time to come to the 144-240 hz side , where you only need 1 gpu

I've decided to with the Aurora R7

It's smaller and can hold 2 cards nicely

Here's what I ordered:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7K 8700K (6-Core, 12MB Cache, Overclocked up to 4.6GHz across all cores)
OC Controls
Windows 10 Pro (64bit) English
US Power Cord
Regulatory Label
850W EPA Bronze PSU Liquid Cooled Chassis
Dual NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) GTX 1080 Ti graphics with 11GB GDDR5X each (NVIDIA SLI(R) Enabled)
32GB Dual Channel DDR4 at 2667MHz (2X16GB)
512GB M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive
1TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s (Storage)
BDRE Drive (Reads and Writes to Blu-Ray disks)
Killer 1535 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1
Alienware Standard USB 2.0 Keyboard (English)
Alienware USB Optical Mouse
Killer Wireless 1535 Driver
Thank you for Choosing Dell
Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials without Media
Safety/Environment and Regulatory Guide (English/French Multi-language)
Aurora R7 Placemat
Dell.com Order
Dell.com Order
Shipping Material
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 Label for KBL-R
Additional Software
No Option Included
No FGA
Dell Limited Hardware Warranty Initial Year
Dell Limited Hardware Warranty Extended Year(s)
Microsoft Office 30 Day Trial
None Required

The case on the aurora is so much better than that hideous Area-51 case

Look how small and understated the case is (for Alienware at least). The second case is what I got

And of course, I got the Dell Visor and controllers to see what MS has up their sleeves with this "mixed realty." I gotta admit not having sensors to set up seems somewhat revolutionary

I'm going to use the extra money I had set aside and buy that 4K, G-sync, 144hz monitor ASAP whenever it"s for sale.

Oh and no, I won't be cancelling this order. I'm officially a "Casual" now I guess.

Is it worth it to get a 144hz G Sync monitor if you only have a 1060?
It will be very hard to get 144Hz maxed out in most recent demanding games with a 1060, but yeah why not? It will still look way better than any standard monitor/tv
