I was being facetious, but in all seriousness, name a legit reason to pay way more for a Mac, especially since they now use Intel hardware. They're for girls and people who don't know better. It's not really a disrespect thing, but I can't understand using that junk.

I have both and can see pros and cons in both. I just don't understand why you have to shyt on one because you like the other?

Macs aren't for gaming but unless you are a gamer you would never care. They are solid and reliable machines and comes with more out the box than a pc. Their version of office is free
They have decent photo, music and video editing software out the box for free. Other than iTunes their software is good enough.

Not anymore. The Surfacebook Pro is the new king in town. Detachable screen, touch screen, pen, gpu, win10 pro etc.

I have one and absolutely love it. I traded in my MBP for it. I was a mac laptop guy for years until Microsoft released the surfacebook pro. shyt is :wow:
To your point I do think that since jobbs dies Max's haven't been innovative and are becoming just another company but they are still solid d especially if you get like the 2013 model

the Mac vs PC thing is a classic example of ease of use vs control

Macs aren't inherently better at things like photo editing, but they've become the standard in those fields, because they're easy for non-tech people to use

PC's offer the user more control, but that can be complicated, and that also runs the risk of the user really fukking shyt up

thing is a lot of that really isn't true anymore, and the Mac ends up looking like an overpriced machine that does less :yeshrug:

i am going to build a computer later this year. I might avoid intel due to AMD releasing Ryzen. I am looking for a custom pc build that will do 4k gaming. I would need a lot of cores so it will be easier for video editing. Is it a good idea for me to wait until decemeber because by then, ryzen will be out and we will possibly see perhaps better tech stuff. prices will be lower as will for a high end pc. i am looking to play all the games at max settings BTW ..
