I thought it was an avant song that was the firstIf I recall correctly, this was the first video the audience ever shytted on on 106 & Park when it debuted as the "new joint of the day."
Never seen this, that ending is sending the fukk out of me
Swayze was in the twilight of his career. He was diganosed with pancreatic cancer a few years after this. And I like the Nas New world joint as well along with that Wiz Khalifa song(I don't remember the name). I think Jojo sang over this as well. Not really many ways to freak it other than loop it.Lol theres too much going on this video to unpack. You have Ja Rule hamming it up to the extreme and pretending to cry for most of the video, the story is goofing on the FBI going after Murder Inc for washing Supreme's money, R&B singer hiding her face, Patrick Swayze lol guess he wasn't getting many roles that year, and that ending is insane. They might have even sampled Al Pacino for that GF3 tribute.
The song is okay. I might be wrong but I don't think theres ever been a classic record that sampled that Toto track. They're all mid. I like Nas 'New World' the best.
Word ā¦. Random song and video to think about on a Sunday morningHavenāt seen this cideo since the year it came out, lol at the flashes of pac/biggie when ja gets shot at the end
My only gripe with the song is that the chorus is too damn loud.Debate me then
Yea I don't know who the audio engineer was on that, but that mixing is beyond atrociousMy only gripe with the song is that the chorus is too damn loud.
"I THINK THE REIGN IS CALLIN' MURDAAAAAAAAAA"
I thought it was an avant song that was the first
I think so too. They asked some Spanish kid in the audience what he thought of Avants new video and he shytted on it and the host and Avant gave him the face and went to a girl who big upped the video so they focused more on her.
edit: found the video. It says 2002 so yeah that was before the Ja Rule video.
yoooooMy only gripe with the song is that the chorus is too damn loud.
