A little disappointed it's more or less a self-contained ep, was hoping they'd make it an arc...but pretty good (albeit cliched) what if story....was interesting seeing where they all ended up

This episode shows that under just *barely* difference conditions, Isaac would be perfectly fine with killing every human in the universe. They even indicated that in this universe he still had a relationship with the Doctor and took care of the kids.
