I just finished watching that RoboDoc documentary; it was informative and well-made. Over the years, during multiple RoboCop Bluray releases, there have been tons of behind-the-scenes and bonus features available. What's great about this RoboDoc is that they talk to the cast now from the actors, studio producers, and crew, about their experiences on the film.
I thought Netflix was it but this one is much better as it has all the living original players involved in the interviews.

That scene traumatized me as a child. And y'all know exactly what scene I'm refering to without further explanation thats how violent it was:pachaha:

The weird irony is that the Robocop actor, Peter Weller now favors Boddikker

And the fact most of this was shot/set in daylight, we get to witness everything so clear and less hidden. It plays an affect on your mind.

Where as Terminator was all in evening and nightmarish, played more like a horror film.
Never noticed that. Def something there.

Both very similar but at same time, opposites

Robocop vs terminator on genesis was my shyt

I should not have been watching this as a kid lol. i think i data dumped most of the movie as I got older and forgot how violent it was

Same here.

I saw it in the theatre and my uncle (who had seen it before) told me not to watch the scene when Murphy gets killed.

But I watched all the other scenes, including the toxic waste part lol

It’s so over-the-top violent.
