You may also want to look into the first "Arab" invasion into Egypt so you can stop assuming that people who lived in the "middle east" during that time were "arab" looking. There would have to have been race mixing to a ridiculous degree for the "black" population in that part of the world to have disappeared to the extent you're suggesting it did. There's just no evidence for it.
