Yeah I appreciate it. I used a magic eraser and gently brushed off some of the scratches, but it's still not where I want it to be. I'm very careful with black plastic and still want to keep that gloss look if possible, that's what people are looking for.

I guess I can't complain, final cost for this Xbox one was only $150
