It should be fixed. A lot of these contracts were signed years ago. I'm sure M$ is working to make a more seamless experience.

Was playing madden and at times regular conversation gets picked up by the Kinect and it will audible or change your player. I mean its cool to snap the ball with a voice command but all this accidental stuff probably will force me to turn it off.

Also why does Netflix have 0 score achievements?
