I'm glad the models don't look like zombies this year BUT last year's gameplay was shytty and choppy as fukk, I hope they fix it this year.
What has stood out to you gameplay wise?
I can see the difference but it's Seth Rollins so my reaction is, show us a screenshot of Kurt Angle already.
The movesets, stamina, & modified attributes actually make a difference. I find it hilarious when people shyt on 2K for what it doesn't have, yet praise No Mercy as GOAT when it had even less. The reality is VC could make the perfect wrestling game and people would still bytch. VC has actually gotten better with each game, while Yukes was spiraling downward since SVR 07.What has stood out to you gameplay wise?
I still remember when the gameplay footage of 2k14 was shown, and everyone lost they shyt when they debuted the Rock Bottom catch finisher. As much hell as I give Yukes they went out with 2 very good games, 13 was basically an updated Attitude & 14 was just great all around.a gameplay trailer should be debuted during Summerslam
Nah Edge & Christian should still be in the game since they were in 2k15, 16 & 17 not sure about the Dudley....The hardys will probably be DLCDamn just realized we gonna miss out on getting E& C, Hardys, and Dudleys all in a game again smh.
Hyped about Batista and RVD being in. The different Kurt versions are gonna be dope too.
I have 13-17 sitting under my tv and they all feel the same. Match starts, the lock ups look the same. Everyone has the same walk animation. Everyone performing moves looks the same doing them. Run animations, ring in and out, all the same. I feel you about no mercy but there have been things games did in the past that were better than today. When I played a heel character in HCTP I felt like an a$$hole. The AI in today's games have individual quirks, but I as the player can't do them. HCTP definitely was deeper moveset wise..most people had their own way of punching/kicking their own version of DDTs, suplexes...on top of that they weren't mocapped so they looked like how they were done in the match they got it from...I have 13-17 sitting under my tv and they all feel the same. I'm in the middle. I love the gameplay and feel you can have some great matches but feel like the wrestlers have no personality. Like you said I want to be rewarded for heel actions or face actions and for the computer players to have some guys that cheat or run or stay doing running grapples and fight more fast paced. HCTP is the only game i still rank higher than the current games, Hollwood Rock was done to perfection in that game. Not to mention it really felt like the perfect arcade/sim wrestling game. This is where the attributes editor comes into play, i spent so much time making sure no one plays the same. With my modified stats you'll see the difference in weight classes.I'm in the middle.
