Ya know, not to harp on about this make a wish thing and all jokes aside,

This motherfukker is out there saving lives, bringing families closer together and inspiring long term charity work, booing him is one thing but get a sense of context, booing those video packages, just because he's in 'em, when it has such a positive effect on peoples lives is fukking ridiculous.

Thats cool but since they try to spin it like its a reason to applaud him? Its gonna lead to what happened last night..its long deserved. He's an ass kissing son of a bytch taken care of by an Republican family who live off hypocrisy: not showing Rock's greatest moments during last year's build like he was all Hollywood and Cena was the everyman locker room leader, Be A Star yet Jerry going at Vickie and marking out for nasty worthless skanked out blondes with used up 25 year old coochies that gets TV time, Stand up for the WWE which was a disguise to get behind Linda. They've shown racist agendas, jiggaboo angles yet Cena is a saint who doesnt cheat on that wack wife of his? Wheres the DID YOU KNOW about that fact? No..John Cena is gonna get shytted on in legendary fashion and its the way it always should of been. fukk John Cena, his fans, his bandwagon, and those nitpicking at such hyoocrisy. I was there in Miami when they chanted fukk YOU CENA @this pretender. It's gonna be entertaining knowing that his bandwagon on here that love obvious results get to hear it LIVE and in person.

For those who think that John Cena has been around way too long in a top position, here is an interesting note; including this Sunday at WrestleMania XXIX, John Cena has a record setting NINE WrestleMania appearances where he either wrestled in a match that involved the WWE or World Title and/or closed the show. The only time John Cena worked a match at WrestleMania and did NOT do either of those things was at WrestleMania XX. But from XXI through XXIX (nine CONSECUTIVE WrestleManias), he's either wrestled to win or defend either the WWE or World title, and/or closed the show.

For comparison, I thought I might point out who else has done this, and how many times. Hulk Hogan and Triple H, until Sunday, remain tied with Cena at eight total instances. Hogan did it at WrestleManias I, II, III, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX; notably he also wrestled (but NOT as a show closer or in a title match) at IV, XVIII, and XIX. Triple H did it at XVI, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIV, and XXV; he wrestled in both a non-closing and non-title role at XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVII, XXVII, and XXVIII. Unless WWE closes WrestleMania this Sunday with Triple H vs Brock Lesnar, then after WrestleMania XXIX Triple H will have as many non-title/non-closing WrestleMania matches as he does closing or title. If WWE closes the show with Triple H and Brock Lesnar, then Triple H will tie Cena with nine. Next on the list is Shawn Michaels with six; XI, XII, XIV, XX, XXIII, and XXVI. The Rock currently has wrestled four matches that either closed WrestleMania and/or involved a title; this WILL change to five on Sunday. Other times include at XV, XVI, XVII, and XXVIII

Who's been hating for nine years strong. :justhavingfun

Here's to the next nine. :smugfavre:

It is disrespectful to boo a Make-A-Wish video.. I don't care who is featured in it. One issue I have with the WWE though is that many wrestlers take part in Make-A-Wish yet Cena is the only one with a video package. Yes, he's done more than anyone but that's also because WWE makes him so available for it.

I would never boo a Make-A-Wish video but I do think the WWE is a tad bit disingenuous about the whole thing. They are still promoting these videos first and foremost because they want to push the Cena brand.

Fans need to realize there is a time and a place. They will have their chance to boo Cena at WrestleMania. It's a perfect time to do it. Go ahead and voice your opinion at MetLife.

Long term subscriber not happy:
I know, especially in the NY/NJ area, the crowd wants to be a part of or at least make a big impact on the show and I'm fine with that on a wrestling show but to me tonight was about honoring and respecting the hof honorees and letting them have their moment not about booing John Cena or harassing Maria and Trump

Since his will probably be everywhere and this review is getting long all I say about Maria was WWE should of shown more about how close the two really are and her speech should have been 5-7 mins top. I get why the crowd turned on her but it was the low point of the evening. She really does have a relationship with Backland and at least up until tonight was a huge fan of wwe but when you have Foley telling stories about jumping off his dorm room bed to impress girls and Maria saying Bob's smiling at her gave her the power to when a beauty pageant who's a crowd of 95% men gonna relate too.

What to say about Bruno. I wasn't even a live when he was an active wrestler but other than Foley he was why I bought a ticket. Nothing but respect for the man and what a disgrace that he barely got 25 minutes. He got two standing ovations which were beyond we'll deserved but the crowd interrupted him several times which while mostly out of admiration was nice but killed his time. Even still he told an amazing story about living in the hills of Italy during the nazi invsion as a child for 14 months with only his mother and siblings and how his mother would sneak into town to steal whatever food she could at night, risking her own life every time. He said he was told by the Red Cross when the war ended that he would be dead in a day from illness suffered during more than a year of living in hiding in the mountains but his mother nursed him back to health and how lucky he was he even ever made it to America. He talked about going from 85lbs to 250lbs while growing up and mentioned several times how Madison square garden made him because of the press he got in the major New York magazines that at the time sent news all over the world making him an instant international headliner. He thanked HHH and said a few more words but he really does revered at least another 15 minutes if not more but it was what it was.

Maybe I'm being over sensitive but to me tomorrow at Mania is the the time to chant and yell whatever you want, tonight should have been about the people who not only entertained us but also made incredible sacrifices being away from there families and friends for most of their careers not to mention the physical toll they took on there bodies and injuries and pain they suffered during and after their careers.

That Bruno story :wow:
