Just finished season 1...the concept is bananas
towards the end of the season, it seemed like when the androids punched the guest, the punches seemed to hurt, were all these androids that much closer to consciencesness?
It wasn't explained in very much detail, but from what I understand the hosts can "hurt" the guests to give the scenarios a sense of immersion, but there was a limit to what they could do. Like they could rough them up, but nothing beyond that. As the hosts started to rebel all that went out the window, starting with basic stuff like how hard they hit people.
