Just watched the original True Grit it was pretty good, also watched Red Headed Stranger which is more modern and I thought it was pretty good too. I'm kinda new to the genre as well looking for suggestions myself.

Appaloosa is an underrated one. I'm assuming you've seen the classics like Tombstone and the Eastwood flicks. 3:10 to Yuma was good

I've been going through my collection, and just watched this for the first time on Saturday. WOW! I'm mad it was collecting dust. It definitely went unnoticed.

Silverado is one of my favorites.

Shane
Once Upon a Time in the West
Magnificent Seven
Quick and the Dead is entertaining, if anything
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
The Cherokee Kid (if you can find it)
