thats cool, but a lot of people who are stanning Balotelli in this thread do think this. Those are the people my post was talking about.I don't think any of this, but once again you guys are making something out of nothing.
Anyones intentions on rooting for w/e team/player they want shouldn't really matter, unless theyre just jumping on a bandwagon.
I'll root for italy in the finals and for balotelli to score a goal or two.
But once the euros are over and he goes back to city, il lose all interest in him.
And the posters who are stanning Balotelli for "sonning these cacs" are jumping on a bandwagon.

Il admit people do get carried away with all this "making them cacs mad" bullshyt, but you gotta understand, as an african guy who mostly watches european football leagues, where the best players (excluding brazilians) are mostly white and hell the best teams in the world being from europe, its nice to see a dominant black figure who stars for a major european country nonetheless.

Comment sections of Yahoo, Washington Post and New York Times political articles are always a trip. The NYT started erasing the most offensive stuff though.
The 2008 election was amazing. I remember some guy posting as a black woman under the name "Lakisha" and bashing Obama left and right. His posting history and profile showed that he was a 45-year old man from Texas
In the US, it's overwhelmingly african-american. Almost to the point of stereotype (along with Leroy)

he only played horrible against Spain and didn't have much of an impact against Croatia. That's only 2 games.
Just to make it clear, I'm not rooting for him just because he's black. But because he get scrutinized for every little thing he does and I want to see him just the critics up. And after this tournament, this might be his turning point where he starts getting serious. And besides, he's the most swagged out player in the Euro.
