The Traps of Unified Korea

This song altered my whole perspective in the club last night.

shyt started off and we were like "Oh aight DJ switching up the tempo for a bit, Back in Black? :ehh: Let it happen" but then the words start and everything it was just

:lawd::lawd::lawd::lawd:

Gotta give Oasis their credit. The shyt has stood the test of time. Really haven't seen a song that has that sort of effect on people. Whenever it plays everyone loses their shyt.

How old are you mate? What you know about

Pirlo
Gattuso-Seedorf
Rui Costa/Kaka
?

Pirlo was the only Italian midfielder to start and finish the '06 WC final. They won that if you can remember.

That's a couple CL medals. 3 CL finals. Few Serie A. And a World Cup :smugdraper:

He was the ONLY deep-lying central midfielder in Europe in the early 00's RIPPING. Those times Xavi & Iniesta weren't even Barca regulars.

He's been doing this for a LONG time fam. LONGER than Xavi and they are a similar age. He's not better but he's in that class.

Don't make me take you to school again mayne :scusthov:

Xavi had come back from an injury the previous month. He was first team and influential but he wasn't THAT guy. Barca weren't THAT successful in that period. By the end of that year Pirlo had won EVERYTHING and was THAT GUY.

England need to not play 4-4-2 all the damn time. And imo, they needed a player like Jack Wilshere( Injured i know) and Michael Carrick. More possession and simple passing based players. Not being able to string 3/4 passes together in midfield is pretty disgraceful.

Andrea Pirlo is the definitive deep-lying central midfielder for this generation. He was in a class by his own till '08.

I wonder if that had to do with him not playing the final:comeon:

Xavi was the main man in Barca's since 2000, lets not do this. He almost transferred to AC Milan in like 2003 or 2004, iirc. He was also Spain's main man in the midfield too since the 2002 World Cup.

Barca werent that successful because they were a mess on and off the pitch, but Xavi has always been a top class player.

:lawd: What a performance.
As far as midfielders go id put him right up there with xavi and scholes in terms of legacy :scheme:

Stop lying.
Xavi wasn't even a starter for Spain until the 2006 WC, which he didn't impress btw. He was a rarely used bench player in the 2002 WC and Euro 2004.
Iniesta wasn't a starter until Raul was kicked out of the team in 2007.
Both of these players were NEVER mentioned among the top 10 midfielders in the game until Guardiola took over Barcelona in 2008.
Euro 2008 was their coming out party.

While it would never happen, England might seriously wanna consider naturalising good foreigners who wanna play for them.

Im lying? I said after WC 2002. And he didnt impress at teh World Cup in 2006 probably because he had came back from that knee injury which kept him out most of the season. THe year before, in 2005, he was Spanish player of the year.

Iniesta wasn't a starter until Raul was kicked out of the team in 2007.
cool, I didnt say a word about Iniesta.

Iniesta wasnt, but Xavi was. He has always been rated that high, you LIAR. LIAR.LIAR. LIAR.LIAR

Anyway, this thread needs a bit of Gilver. Where is he?
