England are always the team that reminds me most of the USA, so I'm going for them.

Spanish is an overrated language, tbh. It's only sounds cool with speaking it fast. The words doesn't intrigue me like the other language. If I really want to learn it, I would know it in 2 two weeks, tops.

Last I checked, they also speak English in India and Zimbabwe but I sure wouldn't call those countries pro-english.


it always makes me laugh when I hear some folks complain about how racist America is compared to Europe. There has never been anything similar to the Civil Rights Movement in Europe and they sure have a higher tolerance for overt displays of racism like this. The US have its flaws but it's miles ahead of Europe when it comes to racial integration.
The concept of a black european is still alien to most folks in those countries. Even in Germany or France they're still considered like foreigners even if they're 2nd or 3rd generation.

Meh, I wouldn't pump my chest. America's racism is in a different form. In Europe, you pretty much know where you stand. America's racism is so slick it even has black folk thinking things aren't that bad.

as for this England making the world mad stuff. Its really your media and some of the c*nt players England has but this English team I actually like outside of Terry and Gerrard. If there were no Terry, I would probably be rooting for England to win it.

I agree they've come across as cracking lads this tournament. Mainly due to the fact that we've heard very, very little from JT in the media.

I've never really minded Gerrard THAT much. Can be a bit of a knob but no where near Terry levels.

well its weird, Terry the player I mock but I actually respect and appreciate. I think he was overrated but that does not take away from how great he is. Its Terry the person who disgusts me. Whereas Gerrard the player disgusts me. I cant stand him at all on the pitch because he plays like an idiot and then he has years of criticizing others for things he does weekly. Outside of those two, I would like the England squad. Even Rooney, who I didnt like for years, has won me over (I think it was the hair transplant and how giddy he was about it. Showed me he doesnt take himself too serious so he is a sound guy to me now).


I think their is some wumming in the media but a lot of them genuinely believe the hype around the league and the players. I dont like it, but I can deal with it and separate the players from the media's stupidity.

With this new generation of English players coming up, I think I will start rooting more for them now because these new guys are really good and dont come across as complete c*nts.
