The witness said he saw the first shot come from the direction of the women. From there Tory may or may have not gotten out of the car.

From there everyone was fighting one another. From there, the witness clearly Said he saw Tory shooting everywhere and from there Meg The Stallion was crawling on the ground and Tory Lanez was yelling all types of obscenities at her.

I wouldn’t say murder. People who want to murder don’t aim for feet. My point was kelsey had intent to shoot Megan while Tory did not, he aimed in the air. That was made very clear by the eye witness.

Kelsey did not get investigated at all and that’s why she asked for immunity. Innocent people don’t ask for immunity. But I don’t think she was trying to murder Megan which is why she aimed at her feet. Megan is a lot bigger than her. Kelsey is like 5 feet tall, Megan is 5ft 10. That’s not really a balanced fight so she grabbed a weapon. The eye witness really stressed how Megan kept kicking when the fight between her and Kelsey moved back inside of the car. If Megan kicked her in the face I could see her getting mad and aiming at Megan feet when she shot the gun. Megan wouldn’t really know though bc her back was turned. She only saw who had the gun at the end when she turned back around but the witness saw Kelsey with it and shooting first.

Where exactly did you read that the witness saw Kelsey retreat to the car and grab a gun? The witness clarified during the trial that he never actually saw the gun, and originally just thought he was looking at fireworks. I haven't seen anything about him saying one of the women went back to the car during the fight.

He said tory was in the car during the altercation, then he said he might have already been outside of the car when he first saw everything. He said it looked like the gunshot came from inside the car, but the said they came from closer to the woman. He said Kelsey fired the first shot and tory fired the rest, during the recording there were 3 consecutive shots before a pause, i dont think it was said how long the pause was.

The witness also clarified that he didn't mean that tory was shooting directly in the air like you'd do with warning shots, he explained that Tory was shooting wildly in all directions but not aiming at anything in general. He also never said anything about the direction Kelsey shot in.

I think there's enough evidence to make a strong case, especially when Tory and his team weren't willing to directly put the blame on kelsey when every other person involved was pointing at Tory.

Prosecution dropped the ball a few times but it ultimately didn't matter because Tory's legal defense was awful.

Fam there’s a police report and then there’s the trial. The info from the police reports differ from the info in the trial.
