No, it actually seemed to be either Megan or Kelsey’s gun. The stylist confirmed that Megan does carry a handgun sometimes but did not recall if she had one that night. The gun was also not registered so it really could be anyones (even though Kelsey knew right where to find it for the fight) and was found with Megan’s bag.

Also, that isn't what happened in that thread. Most responders acknowledged that what happened was fukked up. Someone suggested that a man was the likely suspect and someone, with reference to her supporters and the risks involved, suggested that the likely perpetrator was a woman. That's not woman hating but it was enough to get your panties in a twist.

It’s not woman hating to acknowledge the blatant reasonable doubt and botched case. Many people including myself think Kelsey did it bc she very well could have according to evidence. They lied so much I only consider ej & Kelly even though I think Kelsey told some truth in court after getting immunity. Also, acknowledging that it was fragments that popped on her foot from missed shots & not an actual bullet is not wrong either.

Wrong. A woman was sexually assaulted by an unknown person and a bunch of posters responded by attacking women and insisting that the perpetrator must be a woman herself. The charges are this:

1. assault with a semi-automatic firearm (personal use of a firearm)
2. carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle
3. discharging a firearm with gross negligence

We dont know who shot meg. This is a gun case. This isn't about Meg.

Tory didn't even pull the gun. Kelsey did, according to the eye witness.

any firing of the weapon is the charge in Cali.

If kelsey fired a shot, she doesn't truly know which bullet hit meg. The state didn't care which rounds she actually fired, because according to the eye witness: Tory shot FOUR or FIVE times. Say four. Thats one unaccounted for because the same witness also saw a "flash" near kelsey. Which would mean GSR + Flash = Kelsey firing at least one round.

Kelsey texting that "tory shot meg" does not absolve Kelsey of the round(s) she shot.

We have 5 rounds to account for. This is pure math.

if Kelsey shot any of those 5, she only needs ONE of them to hit meg
