I watched the Milagro clip. She said the witness said he shooting everywhere with his hands in the air. There was more context added the second time she mentioned it. It wasn't just shooting everywhere.

im not talkin bout that, i'm talking about how this witness was supposed to be the absolution for tory and how he never saw tory have the gun and only kelsy had it. they get up there and basically say tory had was on the gun which was what the defense was saying the opposite of and add to that fact that this was THEIR witness
