Yo man dem, I eventually want to secure the dual citizenship, but i'm hearing it's best to live in Scarborough because of the absurd prices in the city now? any truth to that?

If you absolutely must live within Toronto's boundaries, yes, Scarborough is the most affordable area in the city. Houses there are around 50% cheaper than comparable homes just across Victoria Park in North York. But you'd better have a car and enjoy living around brown people if you plan to settle in Scarborough.

In an interview with The Ubyssey student newspaper, Korenberg said he was "not familiar" with the fact that his Twitter account was public and that anyone could see the tweets he liked.

Yeaa idk may have to pass, my boss is Palestinian and the only other time I really come into contact with them here is Dunkin Donuts but they have the nerve to have attitudes.

:scust:

honestly the best bet to me is if you have a friend just rent a house for like 3200 a month and split the cost, one gets the top level one gets the basement

example

you can rent this house in vaughan for 3,150 4 bds 4 baths
if you and a friend were to rent thats 1,575 cheaper than even renting a 1bdrm apartment anywhere in the gta and you get a whole house, hell if 3 friends
1,050 :wow:

can even look for a house with a walk out finished basement and one person gets the basement other the top

don't know why more people don't go that way

Its cheapest to live in the gta (think sauga or vaughan) but yeah scarbs is the cheapest in Toronto proper. With that being said I personally live downtown and rent is alright you just gotta look around

sauga and vaughan are both expensive not cheaper at all breh
esp vaughan there are no "Ghettos" or bad areas in vaughan
Idk much about the rent prices there I'm just going solely off of what my homies that live down there told me. Some dudes be paying 1.5k for 1 bedroom apartment in sauga I doubt you'll find that anywhere in Toronto
