I was watching thinking...tape delay? But then saw the interpreter stop signing right after the question was asked :heh:. She was even like :dwillhuh:

Like Trudeau had a glitch :mjlol:

It completely threw him off and he had to protect his image so he kept quiet, gathered his thoughts and said absolutely nothing. This should let everyone know what Trudeau thinks of black Canadians but you got c00ns and goofy nikkas saying shyt like “but it’s different in Canada!” :francis:

we already saw trudeau in black face as an adult

I keep telling folks that blacks are at the bottom along with the native americans. And continue to laugh when I come across black folks here who think life is good for blacks here.

even syrian refugees are ahead of us

nigerians and haitians are the top deportees out of canada

we still fill all the slums in major cities, harassed by cops, if it wasn't for city and government jobs where they meet quotas :wow:

Most middle class and upper blacks in this city have a fed/prov/city job or work somewhere where you can count the amount of blacks on your hand. Most black businesses are just salons/barbershops, restaurants, churches (if you can classify them as such), all industries that have taken a big hit due to covid.

i'm shocked my ceo at my hospital sent this out:ohhh:

Dear colleagues,

It’s been an intense few days in the U.S. and parts of Canada, including our hometown, Toronto, where a significant number of protests to end anti-Black racism, discrimination and violence have been occurring.

I can only imagine the impact this must be having on our colleagues, patients, community partners and friends who are Black – the stress, grief, perhaps reliving trauma, and/or processing death. I offer my support, allyship and solidarity. Racism has no place in our society.

Inclusivity, community and compassion are three of our core values at ............ Education is also a key part of our mission – and part of standing up against racism is educating ourselves and checking our own implicit biases. I know we can – and must – do better. We must listen and learn from those most affected and strive to be allies. It is up to all of us to do the hard work of undoing racism and effecting change.

We stand in solidarity with our Black colleagues, patients, volunteers and partners and condemn all acts of racial injustice and systemic racism. Black lives matter.

Sincerely,

It's the right thing to do in the moment - just following other companies/orgs

I just had a similar email sent from the company that I work for also. This is some interesting times we are in.
