They charging for everything, parking tickets like $100 now, if you don't register your vehicle you can get a $1000 ticket?! Absolutely ridiculous. They're trying any and everything to get money from the everyday man. Meanwhile cost of living is up and wages are still the same, traffic/commute time increased.. City is slowly approaching WOAT status

and there were much cheaper and better options now people are paying 1,300 for a damn room. I remember in 2017 when looking at a place to buy again. Brand new condo 1bdrm 300k, older condos near square one 1bdrm even remember seeing one for 279.
