Gonna try ATL lounge and/or Toop up in Vaughn.

It’s obvious now I gotta leave downtown if ima see any black folk. It’s staggering to me. I have NEVER seen such a large downtown area of a city without a significant black presence.

I spent all day looking for black owned stuff downtown and didn’t really get anywhere. Did go to this nice Ethiopian spot Mofer which was cool. Got some Jamaican food from The Diners Corner, had a little bar and some cute girls.

I looked up King St which was a troll they’d never let me in. Obviously they racist out here. All good like I say, ima be back in the states tomorrow so I’ll give it a shot

It's the same in many places. In central London you don't see alot of black people, in Manhattan you don't .

False. I was in London six months ago and saw plenty of black people in Trifalga Square or whatever it’s called. There was a black presence.

I work in NOHO, Manhattan. I see more than enough black people in Manhattan; on the subways, walking the streets, in the stores, running businesses, etc. The mayor of NYC is actually black.

That is not the case in Toronto. There is an overwhelmingly white, middle eastern and Asian population in downtown Toronto and very, very little black presence.

No political presence, they’re not commuting in town to work in the biggest companies, they’re not running any businesses down there… NOTHING.

That’s a type of institutional racism I’ve never seen before. A whole group of people are almost invisible in the fourth largest city in North America. That ain’t right!

how much y'all paying for your phone bill? I've been with fido since 2006 but their plans are garbage now and no 5g. Currently paying 52 plus another 30 for my iphone 13 but have 3 months left. I see public mobile got that 30 gigs 5g for 40 bucks and 20gigs 4g for 34

Black people got pushed out by cost of living to the edges of the city man... The soul food spots I knew are a memory.

I'm with fido too, $35 for 20GB of Data, they're offering me $45 for 55GB of Data. I'm gonna chill, I bought the pixel 4a and thinking of getting a pixel 7 or 8 but I'm in no rush, Maybe in 2025.

Now we are outnumbered and many are in the suburbs. The culture of this city will take a severe hit in short order. Black people made Toronto a city worth knowing. But they don't love us here. Claims our achievements but we not wanted in workspaces schools neighborhood's etc. your eyes don't deceive you.

$33 for 60gb plan, but on an employee discount, but the phone messed me up. I have iphone 12 pro max that I am financing for $47/month. The contract for it is up next month, and I Might upgrade to the 15 pro max or maybe go with google pixel 8 pro if there's a good deal on black friday or boxing day. I feel with the iPhone I might as well upgrade since it's moved to USB C and that seems like a device I can keep for 5 years.
