Routine bank visit devolved into 'dehumanization,' says Black customer
Been with the bank for 15 years, and they kept her for over 1hr. You know if she was a white it would of been a whole different story. Her passport could hav said "Jessica" and her account be "Ashley" and they probably would have let that slide or make up some excuse.
